Repairman is 5-star! The refridgerator is not. I've been patient since Nov 26 2025. The fridge is only 31/2 yrs old & has been nothing but problems. I want my money back. The appliance is a lemon! Dave Bremer

Rude, dismissive, and ill-informed. I was told that, " I got what I paid for" and that "I'm on my own." He told me that I needed to clean the machine with a toothbrush, and that it was stated in the owner's manual. Good thing I had the manual handy, and reiterated that what he was saying was garbage spewing out of his mouth. I was also told that the manual says that clothes will never dry all the way, and need to be hung to fully dry. This "technician" was more unqualified than if Biden and Trump had a baby, and that baby grew up to work at Sears.

I had a Saturday repair appointment a window of 8am to 5pm. Get a text at 10am saying they can't make it today this was booked over 2 weeks out. So I rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The same thing happened at 10:45 another text. Sorry for the inconvenience we can't service your dryer today. Very poor experience!!!

This is the worst repair company on earth. The repair has been rescheduled 3 times. There is no phone number to contact a person; only computers contact the customers. If no one ever shows up, I'm still expected to pay a fee of over $100. It's my opinion that Sears Home Appliances is not a reputable business. My next call is to The Better Business Bureau. Addn'l info: so now my machine is fixed. In total, the company rescheduled my appt 5 times. When the tech arrived, he'd been summoned from a city 90 minutes away from my town which is either ridiculous or shamefully poor admin. He was knowledgeable, polite and pleasant, and quick. Of course, the problematic gizmo that needed replacement was not in the truck, despite advance professional knowledge and advice, which required yet another appt DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. The pricetag was ENORMOUS! I could have purchased a game console for the same money with funds to spare. AND the fee HAD to be paid BEFORE the part was ordered or the repair work completed. The company did waiver the $100+ fee because of this poor experience. Thank you kindly. Initially I had chosen this company because the Sears name is built on years of demonstrated reliability and fair consumer policy. But it's a new age now.

I needed to cancel the service and was unable to do it via the apt. I sent several messages to Rick. I sent a text message saying the problem was resolved. Still Rick showed up needlessly. Poor guy. Fix the apt so people can cancel.
