The technician came @ said time . The answer wasn't what we wanted to here. We knew we had to get another refrigerator. We were fortunate to get 12 years out of our present refrigerator. They just don't make appliances like they used to. I remember when appliances lasted for 20 or more years!! Now you know how long I've been around!!😁😁😁. .

I was notified throughout the day where the service person was and what time he’d be approximately arriving. he called me to let me know he was gonna be about 15 minutes late and once here he listen to me regarding the noise and watched the video I made of the washing machine noise. He did all kinds of checking parts on the machine, but was unable to exactly locate what was causing the noise. He must’ve done something because He tested the machine several times afterwards, and the noise was gone. There’s a 30 day warranty on the service and if the noise comes back, I will call them up.
