Jessup D came to repair our ice maker on our whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. He originally came out and diagnosed our problem exactly what we needed. But due to a third party warranty “red tape” we had to do this repair in several steps. At the end of it all Jessup stuck by us as we got all the parts we needed and came back to fix the problem. Also special shout out to Marshall who helped install new fans while we wait for the rest of the parts to come in.
