David was very professional, knowledgeable and got my AC up and running. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly, even cleaned the outside of the AC unit. I will request him again if needed. I'd give him a 10 if possible, excellent job David. God bless you. 👏 🙏

Adonis was the coolest repair tech I've had come out from sears. He was very polite, courteous, and very professional. He listened to my concerns. He was able to diagnose the issues in a very efficient manner. He also took the time to explain what needed to be done and skillfully rectified the issues. Adonis was very personable. During our conversations, we found out we had similar backgrounds, and interests. If I need any future repairs, I'd love to have him, come back and resolve them. He was well trained, and should be regarded as a valuable person for your company. You need more people like him. Whatever you're paying him, is not enough. You really need to hold on to people that make your company shine.
