Sears extended warranty is worth every penny!!! Had their techs come out a few times on our new Bosch dishwasher where bottom rack kept falling off track...they tried everything according to Bosch...replaced bottom rack, replaced the wheels, replaced wheels with Bosch's supposed "fix it" kit. Turns out, tub warped inside. Tech was smart enough to measure and find the difference, got straight to Bosch... they are replacing it!

The mechanic was in time and did an outstanding job to time the choke. He also filled the air in the Craftsman tractor mower as an added benefit. Sears still takes care of their customers - the old fashioned way. They earn their business. Very happy with Sears over all

We were experiencing major ice build up with our door ice maker. Our repairman called ahead of time before he came. He also covered his shoes many times on the rainy afternoon, as he went back and forth to get parts from his truck. The problem wasn't easy to find, but he persisted and got to the problem. Almost 2 weeks later, and my freezer is dry and no ice buildup. The first repairman didn't take the time to find the problem. I wish I could remember his name!
