Technician, Michael, was on time, efficient and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer, had the part in his truck and fixed it. I was able to use the on-line 20% off coupon. It was painless!

Our dryer stopped providing heat. The Sears appointment process was easy, and the repairman arrived in the early part of the appointment time window. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the needed part was on the truck. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. I consider that excellent, and it's what I've come to expect of Sears extended warranty repair service over many years.

The service technician was promptly on time and he did a very thorough job of servicing my refrigerator. He explained everything he was doing and gave me some very good recommendations on how to keep my fridge in good running condition.

Everything went fine, tech called prior to visit, and was on time. Mine was just a tune up for our LG washer & dryer.

Great experience! My repair person was excellent and was very detailed in checking my Kenmore dryer; plus, he took the time to explain everything to me. I also asked him to check something with my washer and he did that as well. I've had my Kenmore washer and dryer for 15 years and this was the first time I had to make a service call, so you can't go wrong with a Kenmore appliance!
