I attempted to get several appliance repair companies out the next day since our refridgerator was down and a week before Christmas it was critical. I had two companies that scheduled me but then called me back and told me that they didn't work on my kenmore products even though their website said they did, they didn't work on the items manufactured by Samsung or LG. I called sears and they scheduled me for the next morning and by noon the next day we were back up and running the technician as professional and efficient

On time and fast. Dryer is working fine.

Steve was great. He was on time and he answered all my question. He was personable and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with my work and service performed. Also, I can't enough good things about the service man tracting system. I could tell where he was and that gave me peace of mind that I would not miss him.
