William showed up on time and did a pretty amazing job at evaluating the problem right from the start. Took his time explaining everything and showing me exactly what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. He fixed the issue in a timely manor all while being supervised by my cat..lol.. which is a plus because she usually is a bit shy when first encountering new people! Thank You William!

Dan did a great job finding my dryer issue and repairing it quickly. He was very professional and considerate and did a thorough job of replacing the bad pulley and cleaning the whole inside of excessive lint (could have caught fire!). I would recommend!

A little expensive at $199 for 10 minutes but no fault of Steve’s. He was very nice fast and efficient and removed a piece of plastic from way back in the vent. A good reminder to carefully and diligently double check pockets before using the washer and dryer.

Charles was fast and efficient putting in the part. Gave adviceon proper monthly cleaning and not to use too much soap . This causes problems. Also said monthly cleanings with purchased cleaning tables helps a grea deal. Hoping this newly reconditioned part lasts a long time. Nothing else he matte with my Sears Washer. I love it.
