They were very nice and did a very thorough job taking my dryer apart and cleaning every bit of it, as well as gave me advice and suggestions that were very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I gave Joshua a rating of 5. He came as scheduled. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! He must have researched the issue with our oven before he walked in the door because he already suspected the root cause. He verified his suspicion with a simple test, went to his truck and brought in the replacement part. After he installed the replacement part, Joshua test the oven to make sure it fired up and ran as it was supposed to. I would definitely recommend Joshua to anyone that needs appliance repair service!

Technician was good and did a thorough job. We were disappointed for not getting the fix for our gas dryer for more than two weeks. Also, it was very frustrating for not able to talk to live agent. Needs to improve customer service.

Technician was excellent, setting up the appointment, however was painful. A system malfunction decided I had not received the parts and continuously rescheduled the service even though all parts had been ordered and received. Was difficult to find a way to speak to a person to get resolution. When human contact was finally successful. Problem was resolved relatively quickly. Took about 10 minuets explaining to a human and it was taken care of.
