Mario was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed my refrigerator that the other repair people didn't know how to fix and told me it needed to be repaired. I am thoroughly satisfied with his communication, level of expertise, and respectful treatment of me as a customer. He is a rarity. Thank you.
