The guys were on time and courteous. They were able to take the freezer liner out and replace it with a new one in about 1 hour. They cleaned up after they were done and asked if there was anything else. Very Professional

The technician arrived well within the time frame previously communicated to me. He diagnosed the issue with our dish washer immediately and proceeded to fix it. Work was done very quickly and expertly. The technician clearly was experienced and explained each step of the repair to me. He was also personable and friendly. The machine now runs like it was new. Overall a very satisfactory experience. I would recommend Sears home appliance insurance to anyone based on this experience.

The repairman initially thought the problem was a simple adjustment. That did not turn out to be the case. After a number of adjustments, my garden tractor was running as smoothly as the day l bought it. He knew what he was doing and got it done quickly. Also he didn't mind me asking questions as he worked. It was a very pleasant experience. I thank him for his expertise. 5 stars Unfortunately, the tractor did not operate well for long. It quit working. I called and was given an appointment in two weeks. The technician came, stayed maybe 10 minutes. He said that my tractor needed a new carborator and two new ignition modules. The parts had to be ordered. Again two weeks later a technician came to install the parts. The tractor worked fine while the technician was at my home. After he left, I mowed the grass for about 1 hour when the tractor quit working. I immediately called Sears demanding that the techincian return. I was told that was not possible, a return visit was scheduled for 1 week (that was an imrovement at least). I demanded to speak to a supervisor when I made the call to Sears. I was told there wasn't one. I was puzzled. I eventually found out that I was dealing with a call center in the Phllippines!!!!! That is amazing! So, if you have a problem with a repair, immediately after the technician leaves, you have no recourse with Sears. You have to call the Phillippines to schedule another visit in one to two weeks. I am very dissatisfied with Sears repair service, I will not be making another major purchase (the tractor was $2500.00) at Sears.
