I am very unhappy with the frequency of repair on my sears products. This is the third product that has been repaired within the past three years and the appliances are all under 5 years old. This includes two refrigerators and one microwave. I don't think I will every purchase another sears appliance again. I believe that I should be compensated for these appliances. This has nothing to do with the repair persons that came to the house.

I called for repair on my old washer on a wednesday afternoon. A repair man showed up early on Friday and replaced a rusted out part with one he found in his old model spare parts collection in his truck. The washer now works like new. I praise this service as more environmentally friendly than any replacement alterturnative.
