We Called GE for repair on a brand new stove oven. We were lucky enough to get Chad as our service repair man. He was Friendly, Courteous and very knowledgeable and ordered the parts for the repair. He came back after we received the parts and completed the job ! You are very lucky to have Chad representing your company !!

He ordered our ice maker from Amazon. Paid 85.00 for it but charged us over 250.00. I understand mark up but that was way over priced. Kris had to come back again because there was a wire not connected. In the mean time I was buying bags of ice. I even told Kris that he spelled my last name wrong, and never did get it right.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment two days ago for a microwave repair. The time slot for the technician’s arrival was 8 AM to 5 PM. I rescheduled my day and took off work to wait for the technician. At 2:30 PM, I got a text message that the technician will not be arriving today. The message included options for rescheduling the appointment, but the soonest availability was seven calendar days from today. Seriously?? Awful. I tried calling them, but the AI system wouldn’t let me speak to a human and didn’t care about the inconvenience they caused. Waste of time.
