THE TECHS ARE 5 STAR all day long! I had the opportunity to work with two different techs to service my washer and they were both very knowledgeable and professional. BUT, CONSUMER BEWARE: This company is TOTALLY AI OPERATED, you will NEVER be able to talk to a human if you have any problem until your Tech arrives. For this reason alone, I would NOT recommend this company. This is not the "Sears" that you may think it is, it just uses the name.
