Our 3 year old Bosch 800 Series Slide-In Oven/Cooktop needed a new Spark Module for the front left burner. I scheduled the appointment online they their website which was easy. They then send you an e-mail to confirm your appointment. The day before the service, they sent me a separate e-mail to track how close the technician is to our home. Anthony was our service technician, who was knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend A & E.

I loved my service disliked not being able to call anyone. Also the time window was 7-11am. Technician arrived at 11:45. I needed to have someone correct the house as I needed to leave by 12:30. Would not use again which is sad as the technician was great. The only online and no human contact not for me.
