Our refrigerator/freezer went out due to a power outage and subsequent surge. We reached out to a few arrive companies to help get us back up and running, Sears was the first to respond and was able to get us quickly on the schedule. After the initial visit, they had the necessary parts drop shipped to our house and the 2nd technician got us back up and running.

Dennis was very personable and helpful. Although the dryer couldn't be fixed without spending what a new dryer would cost, he was very helpful in telliing me what had to be done and completely understood when I said I would buy a new one.
