Dan's service was great; However, my washing machine only worked for 1 wash, then began malfunctioning again. So glad he assisted me with signing up for the appliance warranty, but not happy I spent $300 for no resolution.

Our refrigerator/freezer went out due to a power outage and subsequent surge. We reached out to a few arrive companies to help get us back up and running, Sears was the first to respond and was able to get us quickly on the schedule. After the initial visit, they had the necessary parts drop shipped to our house and the 2nd technician got us back up and running.
