Dennis was very personable and helpful. Although the dryer couldn't be fixed without spending what a new dryer would cost, he was very helpful in telliing me what had to be done and completely understood when I said I would buy a new one. Thank you, Dennis. Will use your business again when needed and will spread the word to others about Sears.
