When Technician arrived he was very nice and kind once he noticed the situation he fixed it. I asked him to inform the manager that the AI generated the wrong address and sent the technician to another location. You need to have a live person to get correct information from customers and avoid confusion and cancellations.

This technician explained everything he was doing and also spoke to what the other technicians did and how this was not necessarily related. If I had my choice I would prefer he always provide service!
