Tim was very helpful and found a source for needed parts that the previous technician did not find. Unfortunately, our home warranty service hung up on him three times, so he gave up and turned the approval process over to us. We are currently waiting for them to get back to us in 24 hours.

Well by me being retired. It was very costly on fix income 149.00. But person came to house. Now the part to fix frig does not exist

Corey J provided excellent service as he replaced the compressor on our refrigerator. I wasn't happy about the cost of repair especially since I am a Sears Home Service Member, but when you're in a bind and about to lose a lot of food, you do what you feel you have to do. Overall happy with the quick appointment response time and with the service I received.
