Well by me being retired. It was very costly on fix income 149.00. But person came to house. Now the part to fix frig does not exist

Corey J provided excellent service as he replaced the compressor on our refrigerator. I wasn't happy about the cost of repair especially since I am a Sears Home Service Member, but when you're in a bind and about to lose a lot of food, you do what you feel you have to do. Overall happy with the quick appointment response time and with the service I received.

No phone number to make contact. They rescheduled because they said part not delivered, but they were delivered on time for that second appointment. Never asked or contacted me to see if that new date a week away was ok. For these high prices I should have some method to make contact. No customer service!

I had to wait 2 days after my scheduled appointment and when the technician did show up he couldn't fix my cooler. Now I'm waiting to another appointment for another technician if they can fix my brand of cooler. So disappointed.

The service guy walked in and looked at my Thermador fridge. Called his supervisor and then looked at me and said they don’t service Thermador. He then asked me for $170 for the service visit after not doing a thing for 5 minutes. The worst company ever! Total scam!!

I was disappointed that your website said you can repair Beko refrigerators, but the repair person came and looked at the refrigerator and then determined that he could not repair the Beko refrigerator because he could not get the parts. It cost me $149, and nothing got repaired. Since then, I went online and found where the Beko parts could be obtained. Bill Cuneo
