The time slot they give you is a joke The amount for repairs is a joke Was not even told what was wrong with the washer and why it was not spinning $150 was only for him to come out not including 800 for parts

i am not one to complain and hate writing reviews but i must write this. called for as repair for my fridge not working repairman came out quoted 3 things i needed a motor fan and control board over 700 and said its better to purchase a new one. my fridge less than 3 years old, i paid 149.for service call I called another company out. service charge 100.00 and I dont have a service board and it was fixed for 400.00.I just paid for nothing

I’ve been waiting for a repair on my refrigerator. Techs not showing up for appointments. Lost a lot of food. Techs telling me they just got the job and it was too late so they could not come do the job. Now a technician shows up and says it fixed but it’s not fixed. Refrigerator still not working. So frustrated. But Sears just took their monthly payment and they charged up the out of pocket fee. Truly not a satisfied customer.

The technician did not show up. This is the second time he has done so and tried to appear that he did. Worst customer service ever! Please be aware if you have to do business with them!

Brian never showed up! I would never use Sears service again. Supposed to be at my house between 12-3. Air conditioning unit leaking . Then they pushed it back to 5:00, then 6:00 then NEVER! Not even a courtesy text message to let me know what was going on.. nothing!!!terrible customer service!

You could take less time to come and make the repairs

the person came for less than 10 minutes, told us nothing was wrong, and we were still expected to pay 150$. that is absolutely ridiculous. he showed me something online to use for the washer, but didn't even have those proper tools to do the work in home to help the machine, making the 150$ possibly worth the cost. there should be a 50$ charge if the person spends less than 30 minutes at a home and determines nothing is wrong. paying 150$ for no work at all to be done and staying less than 10 minutes is absurd. I will rethink using sears again in the future.
