Stated I had a pre-existing issue on a washer that has never broke before in the years I’ve had the machine. Because of this, my home warranty that I’ve had for months, won’t cover the cost to replace the parts. When I asked how they believed it was pre-existing, we were told, “Because it is. Talk to your home warranty company about it.” He was not friendly on the phone either prior to arrival, and changed the method of payment at the last minute, which was a hassle. I will never buy from Sears or have any of their technicians come to my home or any of my rental properties again.
