The repair man Daniel did great job !! However your system of customer service needs major improvement!! My 1st call was July 1st to your Sears Home Protect Plan !!I had started trying to get service in June as I have limited skills and do not own Computer, only Cell phone!! Severe frustration and feeling totally abandoned by Sears , not able to understand dialect of people when I was able to reach a 'real'person !! , getting lost in the maze of your "System". Very "Dishearting" It took your company From July 1st to Sept 20th to put 2small parts in my Kenmore Stack Washer!! ((Sorry,but that's not good Customer Service)) Please. Do better for the many loyal Sears customers out here!!! Jeanne Nothelfer

Apparently a drop of solder fell into a slot which prevented the coolant from circulating. Marty found this problem and fixed it. It was an unfortunate happening that could not be found until the cooling failed to work. He found the problem in a short time.
