The repairman was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator and advise me on how to avoid the problem in the future. No repairs needed at this time, which saved him from having to come back and saved me unnecessary expenses.

Our dishwasher would always stop functioning half way thru the cycle but would give a "clean" signal when the time was up but dishes were still dirty. He could not sit for 3 hours to replicate the problem but believed us with the pictures we showed him.

Marty was really fantastic--efficient, polite, and professional. He confirmed our diagnosis in just a few minutes and made the repair in just a few more. He forewarned us about an oily smell that would accompany the first couple uses of the repaired dryer as well, as the heating coil burns off the preservative that keeps it from rusting. An excellent experience from start to finish and beyond.
