The most basics of misses. We just moved into our new home and were having problem with the dryer heating. The repairman said we needed a new heating element and our ducts were clogged. Come to find out neither of these were true. I purchased a new electric dryer and when they came to install found out that we have gas and the dryer that was hooked up to the electric was a fire hazard. Seems a dryer repairman would have noticed this right away. Very poor service. I feel the canned response is for us to spend more money. I would like a refund for my service and will never recommend them to anyone.

Waited all day for service tech to show up and they did not. Not even a call to tell us they were not coming. BIG FAIL!

Had a tech come out and without performing any test, listened to the fridge run and said it needs an $800 compressor. I googled the issue and fixed it myself with a $20 Amazon part. Terrible service for not even testing the part.

GE subcontracts with Sears Home Services or A&E Factory Services in our area. We have a brand new refrigerator that needs the main board replaced after a service tech diagnosed the problem. We have had the new board for over two weeks and I cannot talk to anyone to confirm when someone is coming back. The call center is useless!!
