Chad did a great job when he was here July 3rd to assess the problem with our refrigerator, then he ordered the necessary part and returned today (July 14th) to install it. I liked that he notified us via text when he was going to arrive, plus arrived prepared with all the necessary equipment for moving the refrigerator. He was very pleasant and professional, and we are very pleased to be able to use the icemaker/drinking water features once again! Thank you, Chad!

Chad was awesome! Very detailed and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and how we can improve the functionality of our refrigerator. After ordering the parts Chad came back to install. In no time our icemaker was fixed, tested and producing ice. One of the best appliance repairs we have had. 5 stars! Thank you Chad!
