Tom was very knowledge and explained what was wrong with the refrigerator, and what the cost of repairing it would be. He was very courteous and very helpful in suggesting what we should look for if we decided to purchase a new refrigerator rather than to repair the one that we had. I would recommend Tom to anyone who needs service.
