He was disappointed that all the parts had not arrived. When he check the one part was no longer available.

Jesse was polite, arrived when he said he would and was efficient with his work. He authorized refund of $222.00. Refund check was processed for $172,oo saying diagnostic fee was 149.00. Sent note back that diagnostic fee was $99.00. No payment received yet. Karen Kirk
