Arrived at the time he said he would, was through, and found a problem he said could be fixed but had to order a part. Quoted me a price for the part and repair which was more than half the price to replace the washer. Declined the repair. Will replace the $10 part myself. Marty was very personable and explained what was wrong.

First texts were excessive told you to press 1 to confirm wouldn't recognize it. Would do it again and say if you didn't appointment would be canceled. Tech came 1st time and part that was ordered from text service was wrong. Was also told you do know your refrigerator makes noises. I wouldn't just call because my frig made a noise. Set up 2nd appointment and no one came. I spoke with tech service which was horrible then 3 other people. They kept transferring me and I had to keep repeating my story. 2 people said one thing the other 2 something different. Last person. I spoke with told me I was still waiting on a part. They said appointment wasn't kept because I did not call them and tell them my parts had arrived. I'm not a tech and don't know what I'm supposed to have. So on next day got a text I had a appointment that I didn't make. Tech called me told me he was on his way. I told him I was at work and was told I was still waiting for a part. That was not true. I had all the parts. Set up 3rd appointment and tech came and installed and no issues. Customer service sucked. It was a total nightmare. On my wed appointment that no one showed spoke with 4 people all different stories and tell me it was my job to call them. If mistake didn't happen on scheduled appointment for Thursday I would still be waiting for a part that I already had.
