I am delighted by the professionalism, expertise and friendliness of the techician, Daniel Russell. My father, who will soon be 90 years old, lived independently for decades and during the past year noticed the refrigerator would 'leak' during the self-defrosting. I called and was able to get a tech to come right after the 4th. He was timely, sent email updates on the timing and called before he got here. AND he found the house (the addresses are notoriously misleading). I was impressed. AND he fixed and cleaned the bottom freezer. I feared I would have to get a brand new one. Saved me hundreds of dollars!!! Thank you very much.

The technician was very polite and friendly. Aj was very knowledgeable of the washing machine. He fixed it quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
