Worst company ever!!!!!. I can't get anyone on the phone sit on hold all day. Technician was a no call no show. I lost a days pay sitting around. Have had to reschedule numerous times. They don't order the right parts. Probably still won't get a response! Hopefully you see this review again. They just sent me a response like they are sorry and want me to respond to them on Facebook. I don't have Facebook so give me your number to settle this bad business

Had a tech come out to look at my oven. It has a bad ignitor. He quoted me over 500 dollars for parts and labor. Wanted me to pay 270.00 for a new ignitor. Ummm sorry that's a 30 dollar part. No way am I paying 270 for a 30 dollar part. So I ordered an ignitor off Amazon. Cost 30.30 with delivery. Takes 20 min. To change out. I'll never call sears again.

It's bad enough we paid $99.00 for diagnosis, which is fine, but then was going to be charged an additional $545.00 for the heating element the stove needed, which I got the part for 24 dollars on Amazon, the same part the man told me was $270.00! And another $270.00 for labor! I understand workers need paid, businesses have to make money, but that right there is what I call "highway robbery!" Not satisfied at all! Would not recommend!!
