I had my air-conditioning unit repair subcontracted by my home warranty. Overall, my experience was exceptional. Joe communicated extremely well from beginning to end. I received text messages, emails, and phone calls updating the status of my appointment time and arrival of technician. Joe explained and showed me exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done to resolve it. Because my furnace was so outdated the part that he needed had to be ordered which he did the same day. He came out on Tuesday and was back with the part and completed the repairs on Thursday. Joe was very friendly and professional the entire time. I am very pleased with the services I received and would highly recommend.
