The repairman was very polite and answered all my questions about the washing machines I ask about. Gave me enough information so I could do my own research on which machine to buy. Very helpful.

My technician was terrific!!!. The scheduling process experience and checking on technician updates from the links that were sent to me was totally awful. I was sent an email telling me my tech was 3 stops away. 10 minutes later I was text that my appointment was rescheduled because my technician could not make it. I then call the number to schedule to see if my current appointment was actually canceled and rescheduled. The schedular told me yes it was rescheduled. I then left my house and the technician then called me and asked where I was because he was at my house. I was so mad at Sears service because I waited 4 hours for a technician only to be told my appointment was rescheduled. The technician showed up 30 minutes later but I had left my house because I thought the appointment was canceled. I had to race back home. Sears communications between the techs, customer and scheduling departments must be fixed by Sears service. It's terrible for all!!! Give me a real person to call in America not overseas!
