The gentleman who came to my house today was very, very polite and helpful. He made sure the work was completed correctly while keeping a positive attitude after a long drive and day. He was friendly to my kids and dogs. Highly recommend David Q. Well deserving technician.

We have a New Leaf warranty. Sears Home Services sent Joe to our home to install a temp probe in our 3yr old Frigidaire wall oven that had been ordered after a phone assessment by the warranty company. No technician had been sent prior to the order. Joe was prompt, courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable in repair of such devices. The replacement was done, but there still seemed to be an issue with the temperature. However, he could not get photographic evidence that would gain approval to replace a possibly defective board. He provided instructions on what we should do if the temperature should go out of range once again. We are very appreciative of his experience and technical abilities. We would give him 10 stars if possible!
