Tech, so called, was a bull in a China shop. Dented and scratched my wall. Has no C.S. skills. Takes no pride in his work, at all. Scratched my brand new stove. Doesn't know how to take his time and do things right. I would never allow him back into my home and I am seeking legal advice for the damage. And the damn stove still don't work!

TECHNICIAN DID NOT FIX WASHER. Technician verbally stated he was ready to go home as "its been a long day" and did not resolve the issue. Washer still unlocking on its own and cannot complete a load. Very upset!

Worst experience ever. Had a service call due to a microwave failure. Tech told us the microwave these days are junk, but wrote the work ticket up as normal wear and tear and the claim is denied. Now we are just getting passed around with no resolution. I gave them an opportunity to make it right. Bad business. Stay clear of sears service!!

They gave a 9 hr. window on Friday and never showed up. After calling again around 5 .p.m., got a new 9 hr. window for Monday. Very unreliable company.

I paid $130 for this technician to tell me the dryer was trash. That it would be either the motor which would cost $890 or the motherboard which couldn't be ordered. Thank goodness we got a second opinion. It was neither. It was temperature sensor and got it replaced, the dryer is now up and running despite the sears appliance repair tech telling us to throw it away. Would not recommend this service. I would recommend using any other service instead of getting a second opinion if they say it cannot be fixed.

The technician was AMAZING! Please note that right away. Fast, friendly, and efficient. The repair process was terrible…we waited over 3 weeks through a heat wave for parts. Also, they have zero customer service reps. Only AI when you call.

Absolutely the worst company that anyone could deal with. I had a contract through Lowe’s, which they obviously subcontract through this company. I made the appointment a week and a half ago and daily. I would get emails and texts reminding me of my appointment which was to be Today. They do not even give you a two hour window, it’s a blanket nine hour window. I called into work to take the day off to be here for them. I just received an email saying beyond their circumstances the appointment was to be canceled. I have tried so many numbers to find out exactly what was going on, but there is no way to get in touch with anybody. Now I have to take another day off just to have this taken care of, Yet in all of the emails that they send me, there is a statement saying that if I am not here to let them in that there will be a charge. Who is going to pay me for the charge of them not showing up?Absolutely the worst company that anyone could want to deal with.

Seth and the techs that came out were awesome, however, their business model and automated system absolutely sucks. It took over 3mo for my washer to actually be fixed, you can never actively speak to anyone, and if you call to complain to them, be prepared to be hung up on because they absolutely do not give a crap. We had a part stolen in the mail it was lost states away from me, and yet it took 3 weeks before a tech finally came out, and got the part reordered, then my appt was scheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled again, and today they showed up to install a full 3wks later....as a company they absolutely are awful to work with. Again. The techs are great. But the overall workings of the company suck. They place too many appts on the techs in a day that they can't get to, and from what the techs said they can't see their next appt til they finish the current one so they don't have a way to actually contact you earlier in the day to tell you, so you literally waste your whole day waiting, just for your appt to be automatically rescheduled by an automated system.
