This guy knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it just by looking at the freezer and with the description that it sometimes leaks and doesn’t get cold. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He knew the exact part that was broke and knew the part number and had this part for a 2007 refrigerator in his vehicle!
