He explained things as he was investigating the problem. He was friendly, professional, and he informed me of the process that would happen to finish the job. He had to diagnosis problem, order part, and reschedule another appointment to install and fix problem. My freezer was icing over and top refrigerator loosing temperature. It was the temperature sensor located inside the freezer compartment. I have a home warranty, which I’m blessed to have for any unforeseen repairs.
