3 service calls to fix same issue seems like a guessing game. Paid $1165.00 for refrigerator freezing up. Replaced fan $560. 2nd visit replace thermometer, motherboard, and some type of harness $600+. 3rd visit replaced the harness again. If this doesn't fix time for a new refrigerator.

The repair man seemed very nice. However, at the end of the day there was no actual diagnosis of what is causing my refrigerators issue. His suggestion was to get a compressor since it’s covered under warranty, but the labor was 600+. Then it was it could be the mother board and finally at the end he said he was second guessing himself and it was probably the pump. Or it was just the fact it was frozen over. At the end of the day I didn’t feel comfortable spending money on a guess. Hopefully it was just frozen over and it will work overnight.

This repairman was not allowed to do the required repair? He said we need a plumber to replace the water line. A plumber was here the day before and said he couldn’t address the issue, and advised me to call an appliance technician? So now, I’m confused about who to call to fix it? I am no better off after both the customer lumber and technician saying it’s not in their scope of work, I have mold under the sub floor and a warped subfloor and a leaky refrigerator and a waterline that needs replacing according to the appliance tech, but he can’t do the job because it’s a plumbers job, who was just here 2 days ago saying I need an appliance tech? The repairmen are not the problem. It seems your policies are not confusing? I’m not satisfied, and I need to open yet another work order with a plumber and fork over another $90.

The technician initially came out to assess my dryer but did not have the necessary part to complete the repair, so it had to be ordered. We rescheduled for a follow-up appointment, and I took time off work to ensure I would be available during the scheduled window. Unfortunately, at the last minute, the appointment was canceled. I then had to rearrange my schedule again and wait several more days for the next available appointment. When the technician finally returned, his demeanor was unprofessional—he spent much of the both visits complaining about dispatch issues and personal matters unrelated to the service. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of reliability, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. WARNING!!! THEY WILL NOT LET YOU SPEAK TO LIVE AGENT. iT HASN'T EVEN BEEN A WEEK AND MY DRYER IS NOT WORKING AGAIN. I PAID ALMOST 400 FOR IT JUST TO GO BACK TO NOT WORKING. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!

They have no live agents. They stand you up on appointments, the tech ruined our dishwasher at first so we had to wait for a new part and another well with no dishwasher. The AI kept saying they couldn’t find our number or repair number. Basically WORST CONANT COMPANY EVER.

Very disappointed someone wrote the service order for my washer and not my dryer. So the service technician said he could not do anything. He did not attempt to call anyone to help rectify the situation. Had to start all over again with scheduling a service. Now I have to wait an additional five days for the new appointment.

I have an LG dishwasher 3 years old. It chimes after 30- 45 minutes and then shuts off. I told that to office people . We made appointmment. Service tech comes out. We start machine after 15-20 minutes no chime. He is ready to go. Says they are on a time schedule. I asked for more time. He politely asks for payment. As I'm writing out the check dishwasher starts chiming. First a couple times then increases as time goes on. After much discussion the tech. tells me he doesn't know what causes it. Could be 1 of 2 circuit boards each about $400. Which one and lets fix it. No way to know. I asked do you have either one on the truck? He says no we order them. About a week to get it. Can you diagnose which board the dishwasher is chiming and clock is blinking. He says no. Takes the $139. and leaves. I called to complain they said he diagnosed a bad board. I said which one? WORST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!!! HELL I COULD GUESS AND SAVED MY MONEY. Sears REALLY just want people to buy Service contact. I think I got off cheap. But their done coming here.

Sears Home Services (Toledo) was extremely frustrating to deal with. They were contracted by my appliance insurance company to check a faulty refrigerator. The initial service window was 7 a.m.-4 p.m., which is unreasonable and requires taking an entire day off work. When the technician arrived, there was no advance notice, and no one was home. Instead of rescheduling, they closed the work order and incorrectly reported to the insurance company that the job was completed. Getting help afterward was nearly impossible. Calls were routed to Al phone prompts that could not understand or resolve the issue. My insurance company had to step in and reopen the ticket. Despite multiple reschedules, the technician failed to show up for the second, third, and fourth appointments, with no communication. After weeks of wasted time, I gave up and paid out of pocket for another company, which resolved the issue quickly. Disorganized, unreliable, and very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend this company.

Oven broke a week before Christmas. Booked sears to come repair it and they did not show up. No call no message nothing. A day later I get a text saying sorry and to reschedule. They again don't show. No call or message. Just a confirmation they will be here, then nothing. Now I have no time to bring someone else in before we host Christmas dinner. There will not be a 3rd scheduling. I get things happen, but no excuse for not even calling me to tell me they're not coming. Especially when the window for them to arrive is 8am-5pm. So I'm waiting all day nothing.
