James did a fantastic job at repairing the washing machine. However, Lowe’s and Lowes protection plan is a complete joke and Lowe’s miserably failed on this one. My washer broke in early February and it just now was fixed end of March. That being said I had to buy an old used washer off of facebook marketplace to get us by, which cost more than the stupid worthless Lowe’s protection plan. I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWES EVER AGAIN. I feel that im owed every expense back from Lowe’s that I spent on getting by until a repair was completed which totals roughly $500. Lowe’s has really gone downhill fast, and I will be taking all my business elsewhere (Home Depot, Menards, etc.)

The technician and the work he did was awesome, but not being able to speak to a human when you call in and getting your appointment rescheduled multiple times is frustrating

The technician did a very quick &efficient job. I say this even after waiting for almost a month for a technician. There was a mixup with scheduling because of A-I. What is needed is to have a dedicated phone # to call to discuss & be able to get definite answers , information & scheduling.
