The technician's service was efficient as well as being a generally nice person who conversing while doing the repair. If only the Sears AI customer service and even call center were half as good. The technician was great after I told customer service repeatedly that I had received the part, and was repeatedly rescheduled. If only Sears would improved their customer service it could be a good repair service. In closing 5 stars for the technician, but 1 star for Sears customer service.

He was very thorough and knew about the refrigerator. This refrigerator holds some of the crushed ice up in the top and so it causes it to leak some water from the ice.
