My repair man arrived early, and worked very efficiently to fix my issue. He was friendly, and explained everything he was doing as it was done. He also gave me tips on how to prevent this issue in the future.

Repair person came and indicated bulb at 12v needed to be 6v as reason for outage. We purchased 6v and lights on exhaust hood still do not work. Charge was $129.00. Please advise as we are not satisfied.
