The tech was excellent.!!! Unfortunately the washer isn't repaired but to not fault of the tech. It's just a lemon of a unit. But the tech was a 10 star guy. Knowledgeable kind and very very informative. He gets a 10. For anyone who reads this. Pl don't waste your hard earned money buying a GE product!!!!

Dominic was the service guy who came to take care of my washer. He was so efficient and knowledgeable until it didn't take an hour he was finished in about 40 minutes I think. and my washer is working perfectly. He was able to help me get online so that I can do some of the things myself, my biggest problem is I missed the update. But truly it was great to have someone who knows what they're doing and able to do it quickly so I can get on with the rest of my day. Thanks Dominic
