The repair guy was knowledgeable about my specific appliance, but was unable to make my repair. I specifically told the person who sent the repair person what my problem was and what part I needed and they sent this guy here with no parts. So I payed sears to send someone to my house to tell me what I already knew. This can't be how this work. Am I missing something.
