Tech was fine. Fortunately I saw a rescheduled date for two weeks out and was able to change it. Parts were here. Took the tech 10 minutes to install. Glad I didn't wait two weeks for a return repair.

The technician was great but I had several appointments with Sears where no one showed up. Excuses were that they had the wrong address, short staffed, and no one was home. We canceled appointments to be there and had to keep food in a cooler for over a week. I called daily to complain but it didn't help.

Very good! Gentleman was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing! However, I only observed him googling the necessary parts and then telling me they were no longer available and then telling me it would be a very expensive fix even if he could get the parts. I was aware of the rules ahead of time, and it wasn’t the gentleman’s fault, and I definitely owed and paid the $139.00. But in my opinion, that is a large amount of money merely to find out that nothing can be done.
