First it took days to get the parts and then the scheduled day to repair the furnace they called me and cancelled after I got up at 6 am to be ready and they didn't call until hours waiting. Then they wanted me to wait another week in freezing weather it was 47 in my house. I refused to wait anymore so they scheduled for the following morning. The technician spent three hours repairing and kept tracking tons of snow and water into my house even though my son told him to go through the front door so he didn't track it in or fall on ice. After fixing the technician said it may still leak and if it does call a plumber to replace a part he didn't because he said it wasn't his "expertise" . I am now worried about it leaking water still. Plus I had to mop my entire kitchen and laundry room from the mess he left. I will be reporting this all to my warranty company as well.

Technician was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Explained things thoroughly as well. He made me feel at ease and answered all my questions best he could. However, when I needed to get in touch with him for more information needed and didn't have his phone number the company he works for kept telling me they would relate information to him to call me back. Even telling me they would mark the call as urgent! I called them 3 times trying to reach this technician and he never called me back. You're unable to reach a live person to talk to it's all automated so, makes you wonder if messages ever get passed along?? Very, very frustrating! I had the appointment Oct 16th and today is Monday Oct 20th still no return call from Technician. Disappointing once you pay them, they are done with you unless you call them back and repay them again for another service call.

Best relayer of how things work. Explained why our ice maker failed and did some other maintenance duties while he was here. However, I had to take 2 stars away since the ice maker still doesn't work!!

Could give a shorter window 7-4 is the whole day. And would have been easier to have contact with the office on a approximate time of arrival! Joe was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!

The tech James was efficient and fast. He knew the problem and came in and fixed it fast. However, I did not care that the week before I had scheduled a service repair and I did not receive a call from anyone and did not receive a text until approximately 4pm that afternoon stating that I would have to reschedule. I also do not like sitting around all day for repair services. You could narrow the wait time a lot!!!! This was a warrenty service, but I would never use your services myself for that reason. My time is valuable also!!!!!

I have an extended warranty for my stackable washer/dryer, so my service appointment was scheduled on-line. In a text I was asked about the issues I was having and from my description parts were ordered and an appointment scheduled. The parts were sent to my home and once they arrived I was contacted to move my appointment date up, which I did. The technician showed on the date scheduled but was unable to fix my unit because he did not have the right parts... new parts were ordered and a new appointment set. Once again the parts were sent to my home and I was again given an opportunity to move up my repair date. Three weeks after I engaged with Sears to schedule service my dryer was finally fixed. I am frustrated that this process took so long given that someone, somewhere, ordered parts without confirming the issue. When the first tech arrived and I explained the issue I was having, he immediately knew that the parts sent were not going to fix the issue. He asked if anyone had called to confirm or if anyone had been out to take a look... the answer was no. Once the correct parts were installed the issue was fixed, but the lint screen no longer sits flush like it did before the repair and the dryer does not dry as quickly as it did prior to the repair. Overall... not a great experience.

Had three appointments by three different servicemen. First appt. on the 14th to assess the problem and order part. The rep told me the problem was the pump and would order it. I received the pump on the 17th. I called and scheduled the installation repair. A new repair rep called and asked me if the second ordered part was delivered??? A drain hose of which I was unaware. First repair rep claimed the existing one was torn and leaking and not telling me, ordered it. I had no leak and I told the second repair rep that it was a negative. He came and installed the new motor and confirmed the hose was good. He could not process the final payment due to some computer issues so a third appointment to pay had to be made. I then got a Gmail the hoes had shipped on the 23rd with a tracking. The T-number when activated told me the hose was delivered on the 17th and weighed 1.6 lb. The exact weight of the motor!!! Third repair rep showed up on the 24th and spent about twenty minutes trying to deduct the hose cost from the final bill. Eventually he succeeded, I paid my bill, but may receive a hose in the mail or possibly second motor. Who knows? All I can say is that all three repairmen were very polite and my washer is now working fine. P.S. Six days ago I received the before mentioned hose that has now turned out to not be a hose but a pump housing of which I also didn't need.
