Well i will start off that the service was okay when the technician got here, but scheduling my appointments where absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I scheduled 3 appointments and all 3 where canceled by my technician. I lost 3 days of pay and I lost 3 days of sleep. If your going to make appointments please keep them for the customer.

The technician never showed up. I adjusted my work schedule to be home during the four hour window and they couldn’t be bothered to show up or send a message or call to let me know what’s going on. I should have read the reviews first because it seems this happens a lot. I will be looking elsewhere because this is a joke

It's been over 10 days 2 visits and my AC is still not working. The Sears worker replaced motor and it ran for 1hr and did the same as it been doing nothing and fan is still not working.

Set up an online appointment. No call no show. No text saying when they are coming. The customer service chat bot was not able to resolve my issue. I will be calling someone else to fix the washer.

My dryer was not fixed after the technician stated it was repaired, and was also not assembled correctly causing another issue with rattling and loose parts inside the dryer. Adding another issue. The technician left 3 screws on the floor and loose panels which I had to correct myself. Sears will not respond to my refund requests. Terrible service, I would not recommend to even my enemies. A tech came to look at refrigerator he ordered parts. The parts came . The tech never showed or called . I keep calling finally got someone. she rescheduled they were supposed to be here Friday. A got a call yesterday said tech can’t come it’s been pushed out another week. I told him this is ridiculous. He said sorry he just does the schedule ing we’re going on several weeks now .

I am not happy....was supposed to have My washer fixed today...sat home from 8am-5om (the time slot I was given for repairs) and no one called or showed up....then I receive a message saying My apt was rescheduled. My time is valuable and it would be nice to be shown respect by Sears repairs.

The repair man Terrance was fantastic; however the whole Sears Appliance Repair Service is a rip off. When I called, I gave them the model number and make of the stove and told them I needed a control board. The repairman did not bring that with him and said that the part would have to be ordered and it would take five days and the charge would be in $662.00. For this price I was able to buy a NEW oven. So as far as I am concerned I was robbed of $149.00 for a diagnostic visit I did not need. I will never again purchase anything from Sears and I will be telling all of my friends about your "Service".
