Called them because our washing machine was leaking. The first guy they sent out told us there was nothing wrong with the machine and to call a plumber because the drain must be backed up. Once we ensured there was no issue with our drains we tried to have them back out because the machine was still leaking (it ended up being a faulty water level sensor) and the technician didn't even show up. Tried to call and see what our next move was, and to get our money back, but the phone AI just told us it "couldn't help with that." Apparently they fired all their receptionists so you're forced to hash this stuff out with robots who can't help you. This place is a scam, call somebody else.

FIRST: I waited 2 weeks to write this review to insure I was correct. My refrigerator was getting too cold. The tech arrived, he took a cursory look at the fridge. I Was told circuit board was bad and was obsolete (no board tests were performed). He vacuumed blew out the condenser area for no reason (that cost $20). He said I needed a new refrigerator. THE NEXT DAY: I monkeyed around some more with the fridge and found that the issue is in the ice maker! I turned it off and the refrigerator works fine and has for the last two weeks. SO, I paid $99 for a MIS diagnosis and $19.99 more for an unnecessary cleaning.
