Well to start with it took almost 3 months for GE or who ever was responsible for getting a a repair scheduled. When the repair guy showed up he did an excellent job however the part that GE or Sears ordered for my repair was not the problem he ran a couple of tests found the problem and the second time he was here had it fixed with in an hour. Very thorough, wore booties to come into my home - shook my hand & introduced himself - my appliance could not b salvaged has the mother board is no longer being made - not the technicianās fault - and a 2011 - nothing is made to last any more - I would b more than happy to have this technician return to my home - very pleasant & knowledgeable person.
