We’re so happy with the service and care that was given to us. Our built-in dishwasher that was installed in 1991, started leaking from somewhere inside. The problem was diagnosed, and a new pump was shipped to us right away. Today, Joshua came out and installed it, tested it for leaks, and it passed! He did such a great job explaining what needed to be done, and was very careful with our recently refinished wood floors. He is the absolute best, and my wife called him a hero. Thank you Sears Home Protection team!!!

The tech was excellent. However, the AI scheduling was subpar, there was no way to discuss the late arrival time or confirm my request to cancel for late arrival. There is NO option to speak to a person. I would NOT use again for this reason.
